Return Policy – La Pacifico

1. Right of withdrawal
If you change your mind, you can return the items purchased within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition of items
We only accept products that are:
• unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
• with tags, labels, and original packaging;
• free of traces of makeup, perfume, or deodorant.

3. How to initiate a return

Within 14 days of receiving your order, write to returns@lapacifico.com indicating:
• order number
• item you wish to return
• reason for return

You will receive instructions for the return and the shipping address by email.

4. Return shipping:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return, except in the case of defective items or items that do not conform to the order.
We recommend using a courier with tracking. We are not responsible for any loss during the transport of the return.

5. Refund
Once we have received and verified the returned product, you will receive an email notification.
If the item meets the requirements, we will refund the full amount paid.
The refund will be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase.
The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary from 5 to 10 business days, depending on the banking system or card issuer.
